Grace and Gratitude: Cultivating the Belief that Enough is Enough
With Christine Jurisich
June 20 - 22, 2025
It is easy to be grateful when life is going your way. How do you cultivate gratitude during a stressful time? Is it possible to find beauty in the middle of suffering?
In this retreat, you are invited to discover God’s Grace in your most ordinary, painful, and joyful moments. Recognize what prevents you from noticing and receiving Grace. As you reflect on the enoughness in your life, open your heart in a new way. The intent of our time together is to experience a gentle journey that helps you discover how receiving God’s Grace and responding in gratitude can be a life-long prayer practice and a way of being that can sustain you no matter what is happening in your life.
You can expect a balanced pacing of listening, learning, praying, sharing, and personal reflection time, all with the open invitation to experience the retreat in the way that is nurturing for you.
SAMPLE AGENDA
Please Note: This is a sample agenda to give you a sense of the pacing of this weekend retreat. Specific times may change depending on the content.
A “session” as noted below will have a mixture of presentation, prayer and music, sharing (if you choose to share) in small and large groups, personal time, and invitation to integrate the reflections with an activity such as a walking or art meditation. You are always invited to experience the retreat at the pacing that feels right for you.
