Writing is a gentle, yet profound and powerful way to listen to the stirrings of your heart and soul. It can illuminate what lies within, helping give voice to your innermost thoughts and feelings. When approached with intention, writing becomes a spiritual encounter—an invitation to deepen your relationship with the Sacred.

During this retreat, we will immerse ourselves in guided writing exercises inspired by poetry, sacred texts, music, and images. You’ll have the opportunity to discover your authentic voice and the words to express what’s arising from your body, heart, and mind. We’ll also interweave times of contemplation, prayer, embodied practices, and deep relaxation, nurturing a rich environment in which creativity and spirituality flourish.

In this contemplative community, everyone’s expression of the sacred will be honored. We’ll share our words with reverence for each person’s unique journey, trusting that as we write together, we encounter the holy presence dwelling in us all.
